  • We provide information about the safety of the products to be used. Our products are all-natural water-based products, that have no odour and dry quickly.

    You have assurance from us that the treatment is safe around children and we will ask you to remove yourselves including children and pets from the internal area of the property for approximately 10 minutes. The product is safe to enter once the product has dried.

    The products used are also safe around pets and there is no risk of secondary poisoning. If a pet happens to pick up a mouse that may have died in the yard, due to the bait, it will not affect the pet at all.

    If you have an indoor fish tank or similar, you will need to cover the tank with a blanket or sheet, whilst we apply the pest treatment.

  • A fine mist is sprayed around the ceiling cornice and skirting boards for the control of cockroaches and spiders. Puff fine white powder in the window sills, in sliding door areas, drains, septic tanks, and roof voids where accessible, also for cockroaches and spiders.

    Mice and rat treatments require baits that will be laid behind heavy goods – e.g. fridges, washing machines etc, and if the property has roof voids, baits will also be placed there.

  • A heavy mist spray is applied to the external areas of the property, inside and around sheds, carports, fence lines, outside furniture, and children’s play equipment. A full blanket spray of the yard for ants with a high-pressure truck-mounted hose.

  • Yes, we do. The warranty details the treatment carried out at the property. The most common issue is the reappearance of small ants before the treatment is due again, mainly in the kitchen, bathroom, or outside areas. This is due mainly to water being used in these areas and sprinkler systems outside. All these areas are covered by the warranty and are outlined in the warranty.

  • We service the entire Central Australia, Barkly, and Roper Gulf Regions of the Northern Territory. The areas include remote communities and outstations.

  • Most certainly. Call us to book in for a free quote. We will then a schedule a site visit or discuss your needs and provide a recommended treatement plan and ongoing service schedule.

  • All of our technicians have the appropriate licences, with the exception of our trainee technicians who work supervised under our licenced technicians whilst they complete their qualifications.
